There was a season in my life when I looked fine on the outside, but inside I was carrying more than most people could see. 


Like many women, I wore many hats and poured into everyone around me. I kept moving, kept giving, and kept showing up. But eventually, my body, mind and spirit began asking for something I had neglected to give myself: care, rest, and healing.


My healing journey began quietly. It started with moments of stillness, prayer, and reflection. During that time, I found comfort in herbal teas. What seemed like a simple cup of tea became a reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen.


With each blend of herbs, I discovered more than flavor. I discovered nourishment and healing.


As I learned about the benefits of herbs and their traditional users, I became fascinated by how nature could support the body’s ability to restore itself. What started as a personal wellness journey soon became a calling.
